ID 130/22 Z22 industrial deduster suitable for use in Zone 22. Designed for vacuuming fine shavings and hazardous dusts (OEL > 0.1 mg/m³) with a container volume of 170 litres. Mobile, three-phase powered, and constructed with a steel housing for industrial demands.

Designed for vacuuming large quantities of fine shavings and hazardous dusts (OEL > 0.1 mg/m³) as well as for use in Zone 22 potentially explosive atmospheres, the ID 130/22 Z22 mobile industrial deduster proves its worth in demanding industrial applications. Its IE3 efficiency class radial compressor with an air flow rate of 1.329 m³/h also enables continuous operation in a three-shift system. The three-phase, mobile dust collector with a rated input power of 2.2 kW features a dust class M filter system, integrated mechanical filter shaking, and a 170-litre waste container. Thanks to the drop-down chassis, the container can be emptied without removing the drive head. A PE bag with an integrated closure mechanism and pressure compensation hose on the dust collector supports dust-reduced emptying and disposal of the vacuumed material.
