Description
Compact ID 130/22 Z22 Afc mobile deduster with motorised filter shaker for vacuuming large quantities of fine swarf and hazardous dusts (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) in ATEX Zone 22.
The ID 130/22 Z22 Afc mobile industrial deduster with a rated input power of 2.2 kW and a dust class M filter system is designed for vacuuming large quantities of fine shavings and hazardous dusts (OEL ≥ 0.1 mg/m³) as well as for use in Zone 22 potentially explosive atmospheres. Filter cleaning is carried out via an electric shaker mechanism. The dust collector features an IE3 efficiency class radial compressor designed for continuous three-shift operation, providing air flow rates of up to 1,329 m³/h. Together with its service-friendly design and wear-resistant steel casing, it meets key requirements for tough industrial applications. A set-down chassis enables ergonomic emptying of the 170-litre mobile recovery tank without removing the drive head. Thanks to a PE sack with an integrated closing mechanism and a pressure compensation hose on the machine, the vacuumed material can be emptied safely and with minimal dust.
